Annual Reports Don't Have to be Boring
The goal for this project was to take something as droll as an annual report and make it riveting. I often find myself getting lost on Etsy for hours at a time, so that company was my candidate. I wanted to focus on the handmade items, and the hands that made them. I restyled the previously headache-inducing information to be bright, vibrant, and filled to the brim with cheeky references. The points on the graph seen on the finances page are hooks for clothes hangers, and the pie chart is "stitched" onto the page. It was a nice challenge to work with large bodies of typically boring text and make them come to life and pull the reader in.
