A New Zealand Brand
I have always had a connection and fascination with New Zealand. Half of my family is from the country, and my visits there have been enrapturing. As I progressed in my design studies, I thought about how I could incorporate the unique landscape and collection of flora and fauna of the country into my work. The brand's name draws from the Maori name for New Zealand- "Aotearoa" or "land of the long white cloud." All of the theoretical ingredients are natural, and local to New Zealand, The visual motifs, from kiwi birds to the southern lights, are all tied back to the country as well.
